What to eat on the go?

I get so busy some days I don’t have time to eat. Then over eat at night. Ugh!

    Try meal prep. Bulk make food, sort it into portions and go go go. Make sure you are eating good healthy food and drinking enough during the day. It will crave night binging. If you feel hungry anyway at night try a healthier alternate snack like string cheese, popcorn, fruit...
