  • I have a "magic bag" which I use as a heating pad kinda thing. It helps a bit. Today I am just going to pop some ibuprofen and get on with it as best I can...and pray I don't overdo it at work again!

  • Yodaloo88 Sunday weigh in PW- 401lb CW- 389.6lb I wasn't expecting to get into the 380's so fast but I'm very happy! It's the lowest I've been pretty much this year. I know my loss will slow down in the coming weeks but this is so encouraging!
