Do you enjoy Christmas parties or Halloween parties ?
Definitely Christmas - Halloween is not my thing either. In fact - sometimes I turn off my lights and pretend I'm not home Halloween night (sorry! 🤭).

ya know, I don't get it. `My food has been weighed, measured, and way under my calories. Every single day. Sure, I haven't exercised because I have been on my feet 5 days of the week between my job and volunteer job.
My therapist is suggesting I stop weighing completely... I am not ready yet but for goodness sake I feel so disheartened. Someone my size shouldn't be losing less than 1lb in her second week.
Maybe I'm just being hard on myself- at least I am down rather than up I guess4 -

Be patient ... You got this ... take it one day at a time ... losing weight isn't easy...you had a fantastic loss last week ... give yourself some grace... your weight will be up and down

I don’t know if you ever watched the biggest loser when it was on. Most of the contestants had a great loss the first week but the second was either a small loss or a gain. I can’t remember my second weigh in as it was over 5 years but I am going to have a peak tomorrow. Hang in there. Keep on measuring food and get some exercise if you are not too tired. You will see losses. Don’t let this weigh in ruin the momentum you have going. Remember weight loss isn’t linear.
