I work with a little Miss Know It All who constantly tells me how I should eat and it drives me nuts. She's so underweight it's not funny. I'd say she needs to gain at least 10 kg but is now doing the 5:2 diet, I have no idea why yet she'll make comments about the weighted amount of feta cheese in my salad at lunch time…

Big bowls of homemade tomato and quinoa soup or roast lamb with oven baked veggies. I adore winter food but have to be careful of it. I also crave salads

I can't stand avocado but I was wondering should I force myself to eat it for it's supposed good benefits or just find something else?

I don't use dressing, just a bit of lemon juice (which I do count)

I've done that but I still only guess how much lettuce, cucumber etc is in the salad. I don't weigh every single ingredient.

4,184 kJ IS 1000 calories, I've already worked it out on a converter. I just don't see the point of eating just because MFP tells me too. If I'm not hungry why bother? That is what got me looking like a beached whale in the first place. I need to train myself to eat less than what I do.

If you're full why bother eating just for the sake of it? I try to stay well below my goal as eating way too much is how I got fat in the first place. If you're full on lower calories that's great.

Good on you!!! I've also been told since I was a teenager that I'd change my mind about not wanting kids. I was steralised at 23 and have never regretted it.

Muscles and fit but not a gym junkie, (they are too boring, their diet too restrictive and probably jacked on steroids) IMHO. I like tall guys, around 6 foot, with broad shoulders and big hands, oh yes and a gorgeous butt (a motorbike doesn't hurt either) :wink:

Weight Watchers, like MFP does work but you have to be 100% honest with yourself with your tracking. Guessing food values is not good enough, as others have said get a good set of food scales, I find digital are the best and weigh everything.
