I have a routine I have to do everyday (haven't yet) and an extended one for when I feel up to it. My problem with taking rest days is that I struggle to stay within calories. When I actually track, I might have four or five good days then three where I am way over. They say you have to eat something like 3500 calories…

Thanks. I also wear flip flops a lot (probably not good), and I have a pair of hiking boots. I brought some second hand sports shoes online but have been avoiding wearing them because I think they might give me blisters and I don't want to regret my purchase, lol, perfectly logical thinking.

Sorry/ not always a great writer, I can confuse people easily because I have trouble articulating what was meant
-
I am talking about volume of food in the first part, and both in the second part. Sorry for the confusion!

I tried pinterest, didn't have much luck there. Thanks :)

Because I don't have a big food budget and I am really, really bad at staying within my calories. I have no idea what to eat. I've tried looking at certain threads on here and they suggest things that aren't easily available in New Zealand or are too expensive (seriously cant afford cherry tomatoes and a whole bag of…

Another mini goal is to print off a whole lot of motivational and inspirational pictures and quotes and make a folder that I look at each day to start a fire in my belly. I don't know if you can feel inspired every day but I'm definately going to try! This might seem like a silly goal but actually sitting down and doing it…

My mini goal is to get to 102.5kg and before that to get a special hula hoop to exercise when it rains. Also need to get out my skipping rope! I have just made a list of weightloss rewards to get as I go down in weight. My goals were too big before, now I'm rewarding myself every 2.5kg so I don't have to wait as long to…

@LanaCabana537 I'm in New Zealand, so technically it's Summer, but there's been a lot of rain
-
Get back on track! figure out how to eat lots of food without many calories
-
Bit worried, I've overeaten by at least 2000 calories today and it's meant to rain for the next two days so it's not like I'm going to go outside for a walk! bit sick of walking around the mall
-
Too hot to walk outside so I walked around the mall. Managed to fit some buttered popcorn and peanut butter cups into my daily deficit.
-
@mkculs13 I didn’t get a whoosh, but I stayed within my calories and dropped another kilo today.
-
Get below 100kg
-
I was sick yesterday and couldn’t go for a walk and managed to stick to a calorie deficit anyway.
-
@mkculs13 I lost a kilo overnight but it was the same kilo I put on over new years. I was hoping for a whoosh.

More definition in my mid section
-
About a week ago, and there’s still no scale movement. I’ve eaten chocolate and had alcohol but I’ve still had a deficit.
-
Stay sane until I start losing weight consistently
-
Can you do some exercise in your lunch break? what kind of work can you do? can you walk to a coworkers desk instead of emailing them? use the toliet on another floor? take the stairs? I'm assuming weekends are free, you could do an hour exercise each day then do one exercise session during the week.
-
Tracking all of my calories and exercising and the weight doesn’t seem to be moving! Feeling frustrated. Also, checking labels and weighing everything.
-
Stay within my calories today and go for a walk
-
Felt like binging so did some googling about binge prevention then went to bed
-
Don’t eat again until breakfast
-
Just ate like 1000 calories of chocolate, but am still in a deficit
-
Because it’s inconsistent. I don’t really wanna weigh myself at 5am some days and 9am others. Later is fine because I’m more likely to see a loss.
-
Rolled oats with vanilla and stevia. Yum! I was going to look for peaches but I was so sore from yesterdays walk I couldn't bend down to look in the pantry. Lol.
-
I decided not to weigh myself on days I get up early or don't sleep, so I can still eat and drink in the morning and not wait until 8 or 9am to consume calories and cause myself unnecessary suffering. Wanting to weigh myself everyday and hopefully get a lower weight was causing disordered behavior. I was thinking about…

Sounds similar to what they recommend on weight watchers... having a snack box. I've kinda done that the last two days... eggs, carrot sticks, celery, cucumber, peas, green beans, sandwiches, a protein shake... Sounds good, but I'd probably prefer to premake meals the day before otherwise it won't happen I'll have to look…

Seriously, someone should do something with this! Save MFP! Stop the fleeing masses.
