Set a goal to walk 35,000 steps in a day (I did it like ten years ago and haven't done it since), and today I ended up walking 50,000 steps which is about the same in a marathon! I'm not convinced my activity tracker gave me the right amount of calories burnt, I would have walked for at least 8 hours and only burnt off…

Went to KFC and was going to have a 3 piece quarter pack with 3 pieces of chicken and coleslaw, but ended up getting the 2 piece quarter pack and skipped upgrading.

Tried on some clothes today, was all the way from a size 12 to a size 18 so that was… interesting. Also shopped in Rebel Sports for clothes today for the first time ever, always felt like sports stores and surf shops were for the pretty, popular, athletic, rich people and today I joined them! haha. I brought three pairs of pants, a size too big, then ripped of the labels before realising my mistake! hopefully can get them taken in a bit and find an appropriate belt. Thought I could wear them for the next 15kg down… maybe not if they are already too big lol.
