    Just bought a size 10 pants. I'm a size 12 atm. Was a 14 10 months ago. Let's see in 3 months time.
New clothing is always so exciting. I started at a tight 54 pant ad 5x shirt in July4, i'm I just bought 46 shorts and 3x shirts. The shorts are actually a bit lose so i'm 10 inches off my waist give or take. Very excited about eventually being a lose 40 with a waist again.

Sorry for the late reply. That's awesome for you.

It sounds like you're doing great. And, that picture is beautiful!

My mini-goal is that I'm going to join our local gym. I'm a bit out of shape. But, I'll just take it slow. From past experience, it doesn't take long to build your strength back up.

Sorry for the late reply. It took me a whole year to get there. Slow and steady wins the race! I started from zero so you can too!

My mini-goal is a weekly one. I want to lose 1.4 kg a week. Thus far I'm winning! I've hit it two weeks in a row.

For me its just being able to feel comfortable in a new jumper. It should already fit but its a little tight.

Would you consider taking a deeper look into this goal? Three pounds a week is generally considered too fast. Slow and steady wins the race. Even if you have a LOT to lose, even two pounds a week is a very fast rate. This image comes from the "Most Helpful Posts" discussion on the "Getting Started" category. If it makes you feel more at ease, I am keeping to an about 1300 calorie goal every day (although the app wants me on 1200), exercising and drinking water :) I'm not starving myself, I seem to tend to lose weight like this. Thank you for the reply :)
