Breakfast does nothing for your metabolism, But it is important to eat in the morning for good brain function. Does not have to be alot. Only thing that changes metabolism is MOVING!!

I usually get a veggie or chicken burrito. I get it stuffed with veggies too. Then I usually only eat 1/3-1/2 or it and take the rest home to my husband. Have fun!

I agree with seeing the doc. But also if you are not getting your healthy oils in that can happen. You should get at least 2 teaspoons of healthy oil every day.

Don't use ankle weights unless you are laying on the floor doing leg exercises. No cardio with leg weights.

It really does matter that you wear a good supportive shoe. You can end up with foot problems, that tend to start in the feet and travel up the body. They do not have to be expensive. Look on ebay or find outlet stores. Have fun walking. suse

Good job for getting started!! You might want to look for a Zumba Gold class. It is at a much slower pace, and is a great place for anyone to start. You can learn the moves, and some wt, and then change classes if you want to. Zumba is so much fun, and to me does not even feel like exercise!! Good luck in your journey. suse

Squats and lunges are best for lower body. And of course walking and running, etc.

Hi Jon, Try changing your exercise and food. Your body gets used to some things and they do not work well anymore. Exercise confusion is a great way to go. I do a Boot Camp and it is amazing. Also try weighing and measuring your food so you are sure to get the right portions. Good luck!!

Are you making sure that you eat some healthy oils every day? (Olive, canola, etc.) That will really help prevent hair loss from dieting. Just cook with it or put some in your oatmeal every day.

Yes, get it checked out. But also, when you want to go faster you should actually shorten your stride. Keep it short and fast. When you try to push it longer it can cause hip flexer probs. Good luck!!
