I am getting a "fit disk" so I can sit on it at work (I work at a call centre so I am on my butt all day)...and itll help with posture and abs while I sit. and I am going to get dumbbells for my arms. what is good for legs? I seen stretchy elastics....or what do you suggest? I am just now trying to use muscle so I can burn more.

Squats and lunges are best for lower body. And of course walking and running, etc.0

My knees arent the greatest because they arent in shape. I want to lose my thigh and calves fat lol0

If your knees aren't the greatest, you need to work on your quads (outer thigh muscle). Doing squats will help this. But yes, everything that suse56 suggested.0

Squats and lunges are best for for your thighs and bum but make sure you are doing them correctly so that you don't put pressure on your knees. If you go to a gym, ask for instruction there. If not, google it. There are plenty of sites with pics of how to do them correctly.0 -
I never knew it was possible to do them without putting pressure on my knees lol Thanks guys0
