I got an injury in december. I ended up getting a cortisone injection and about 2-3 weeks later i was good to go again!

You can still eat what you want, even on non- cheat days. Just prepare for it, know what you are going to order at taco bell, add it to MFP before you go, that way you aren't guessing. Also leave about 200 calories for end of day snacks, they will be needed and come in handy.

I just drink on my cheat day. If you are drinking within your calorie limit on a normal day, it will slow your weight loss. Alchohol is a different macros from Carbs/Fats/Proteins altogether, and while Alcohol is metabolizing you won't metabolize other sugars efficiently.

Try doubling or tripling your water intake, always helps me get unstuck. Sodium makes you hold on to a lot of weight. Secondly, start taking progress pics every few weeks, the scale might not like you, but the camera might.

Plan your drinks, drink in moderation, and be honest with your mfp app. I have had some serious binge drinking nights and when you honestly add 10+ drinks to MFP it's pretty good motivation to take it easy the next time.
