We eat out all the time since we have 3 boys playing and practicing sports all over the state...we frequent buffets, which could be a disaster for me! The more you exercise, the more you will need to eat. Maybe you need to increase your calorie intake. Have you tried snacking between meals?:wink:

Feel free to add me...I am 39 and also have 3 children (ages 10, 7, 5) and I work fulltime! I know exactly what you mean when you say you have a million things going on! I started about 3 weeks ago, so let's do this journey together!

I agree with phitmom...do something out of the ordinary...go hiking or swimming, take a martial arts class...SHOCK the body! Good luck!

I had a McDonalds grilled chicken classic, hold the mayo and a side of apple dippers today. All-in-all about 450 calories.

I agree with 06MustangGT. I do the same thing and by the time the night gets here, I know what I can and cannot eat for dinner plus see if I have left any calories for dessert! wlecome!
