Hmmm, not sure if this helps, but I do know that when I run I always, always, always gain water weight. Every single time. So I'd say it's just from the activity. =)

I love the coconut oil too! I just had been reading about the MCT and thought I'd give it a try to add to my coconut oil regime. It came in the mail yesterday and it's great! No flavor..I'm going to try it on my salads too. Thanks for the response; this keto thing is great! =)

I did 30 Day SHred too and LOVED it!! Great workout for only 30 mins! I have similar body as you and I definately toned up doing 30DS...I saw a difference after only about 2 weeks!

Hi! Whenever I first start a new exercise program, I always gain wait the first week or two. Not sure why, I think it has to do with water in the muscles? It happens every time for me. Don't worry. =)

Yes! I'm on day 3 of induction and feeling a bit dizzy. I did p90x early this morning, but I definately didn't put forth full effort!

Whenever I had cream, I didn't lose. I started drinking my coffee black with stevia, and that helps!

I agree, LaJaunaF!! I'm so fortunate to be part of a great CSA, so all my meat is organic and fresh...I plan to eat NO frankenfoods because they've stalled me in the past bigtime. Have you re-started Induction numerous times like I have? If so, were you still able to lose during subsequent Inductions? =)
