weight watcher and I have tried them they r ok they did fix my choc for that moment. u take brownie mix and take a can of black beans rinse them well. put them back in the can and add water then take them and puree them and add them to the brownies and you get your fiber too

I quit jan 22, 09 . I dont think about smoking havent dreamed about it either. the smells of them are stronger and makes me think eeeww....... Also once a smoker always a smoker. its like everything else.

I have been working out everyday so far and some days 2 times. when I do I feel so much better but also tired. but with the heat I have been doing my work outs late at night.

what Im doing right right.... I log everything I eat, I eat healthy (I think). I workout 99.9% of the time. Im not hungry LOL. I feel great wrong.... People will say eat all my cal. I just figured out Im eatin more sodium than I want .I should be happy losin 22 pounds since july 25 but Im not

you dont have to really add cals to ur diet. I have nursed 3 children all the doctor will tell u is take ur prenat vit. and drink alot of water.
