I especially love the "other colors than black" ! I think wearing other colors makes me feel younger. You've had some great fringe benefits.

I know exactly how you feel. It's really hard getting the brain in sync with the outside physical appearance. I still sometimes feel like the overweight teenager who had zero self confidence.

So glad I joined this Challenge. I wrote about this in my blog today, but I might have to have surgery right before Christmas, so I am motivated more than ever to be successful. If I have the surgery, I won't be able to work out using my feet for at least 3 weeks. Can hardly wait till Sunday to post my first week results.

I have tried many, but for the most part I have followed Weight Watchers for 25 years. WW isn't really a diet, but a lifestyle, kinda like this website, which is what I like about it. You find healthy solutions that work for you and you stick to them. I also like the support and the accountability.

Eating out can be very difficult when trying to lose weight. If I know I'm going to be eating out, I will trying to plan my day and make sure that I fill up lighter foods earlier in the day.
