You've probably hit a plateau! I'm not 100% sure what to do, but I have heard that switching up your cals will do the trick! You should google what to do! Hope this helped!

Im 5'6'' and im 108 and its not too hard! just eat a SUPER clean diet because once you have a lot of sweets it all comes back. I had one "binge" (a candy bar and small slice of cake) and the next day i had gained weight, but one i started eating clean again my tiniest jeans (0) fit again! good luck! :)

yes, but if you progress slowly you can eat more fiber! I eat about 40 grams a day and Im fine! baby steps

You could cube up some hard-ish bread and put that in there or croutons! YUMMO!

That's why I don't even add dressing! I just eat the vegetables raw.... which is way better in my opinion!

I always have a water bottle with me, and at meals I try to take a sip every few bites or so! Hope that helps!

I think that girls can wear a bikini at whatever age, but (I know this is going to sound sooooo wrong) I don't think they should at any weight. If someone overweight is wearing a bikini then I feel awkward standing next to them and I feel like they are embarrassed.... but that's just me! I definitely think its worse to see…
