I think this is a silly question. It's 2013. Men and women can and do, do the same things. There are no gender specific defined sports anymore. I can do what he can do. He can do what I can do. End of story.

NSV: Today my friend told me "good job on your portion sizes!" that made me feel good. I went shopping for dresses, and liked how I looked in them. I'm feeling more comfortable with my diet, and saying no to junk is getting easier. :)

If this is a real post............it seems nearly impossible or unhealthy to lose 40 pounds in 2.5 months. And we all mess up. Pick up and keep moving. What is dwelling on it going to help? Might help if you made a more realistic goal as well. And 10 carbs a day? Crazy! I <3 carbs. :)

I felt comfortable putting on an outfit that before I was not comfortable in. Looked WAY better. Squeezing in uncomfortably to some old jeans, but they'll be loose soon enough. Making baby steps!

I do yoga once per week and workout on the other days. It is SO good for your mental and overall wellbeing with the meditation and it strengthens muscles that regular work outs do not. I would say DO IT! You won't regret it.

OMG K that is so encouraging because I have not lost a thing!!!!! SO frustrating because my first pregnancy I dropped it WHILE breastfeeding so I was expecting the same this time :( I'm happy though because I SEE the changes it's just the scale won't reflect em.

Thank you all for the help. I am going to set it at 1840, see how it goes (not eating back exercise cals). So if I don't lose weight or not fast enough, then I will just lower my calorie limit 100 calories at a time until I find the perfect balance. Appreciate y'all!!!!!!! :happy:
