You probably got your answer, but here's what my son and I started with. Off the net somewhere. I'm about to start it again. 30 Jumping Jacks 20 push ups 20 squats 30 crunches 20 high Knees 20 leg lifts 1 min Plank 1 min Wall Sit Repeat 4-5 times And finish with a 1 or 2 mile Brisk (fast paced) walk. 5 times a week.

Thanks all. I been reading also theres a split on youth an weights, most likely will work weights slow with him 1 exercise at a time until he has his form correct, and some resistance bands. As for the HIIT he will continue then as long as he wants. I will switch it up tomorrow morning HIIT first and the regular routine.…

This morning tried the Step Bench (which killed my shins) but was a hell of a burn. And to my surprise this morning at my gym, there was several others doing HiiT. Might have a chat with them tomorrow .

Well I did cardio classes 5 days a week, swimming 5 days a week and body core class 5 days a week. also sprints with my 11 year old 3 times a week. Will be starting back again Monday, as I am controlling my food intake this week. (doing brisks walks)
