No problem, the first time I tried this I only got to 8 going up.. I've been doing 10 up and coming back down for a little while and finally got through the whole thing yesterday!

Best article ever. It's funny, I've learned pretty much all of this in my nutrition class, yet it really didn't hit me until reading this me weighing myself daily was just plain stupid.

You can substitute regular sugar for Splenda. They have it also like brown sugar! Splenda has zero Calories unlike regular sugar and it is left unabsorbed. So you'll save a lot of Calories there seeing how one teaspoon of sugar is about 15kcals!

Remember if you guys are eating something store bought, it will have bar code on it. Use the bar code scanner on your app for the easiest and most accurate way to put what you've ate!

I swear my scale is broken. We know that 1 pound of fat is 3,500 Calories. I don't think I have burned or ate 3,500 Calories from when I go on a bike ride and back, but yet my scale thinks I gain or lose this one pound every single time I weight myself.

Basically a kcalorie = kcal = Calorie if it is a lower case c, that's 1000 regular Calories that we use and was probably typed wrong.

I'm 4'9" looking to be around 95-98. Currently 104. I know it doesn't seem like much, but I'm sure you all know every pound shows more since I'm shorter.
