At only 6 days in, your body is probably saying, "Hey, what's going on here? I better hang onto whatever fat and water weight I've got to keep me sustained." Don't worry. It takes a little time for your body to kick in to your new way of life. It'll happen. Just give it some time. =)

I make myself a wrap. I use the 100 calorie wraps. A slice of low-fat provolone. One serving of turkey lunchmeat. A handful of broccoli-slaw (right outta the bag, no dressing/mayo). I drink coffee everyday. EVERYDAY! I've lost 65 lbs. and am at my goal weight. I even drop some Fat-Free Vanilla Creamer into it. As long as you stck to your guns with your calories and exercise, you'll be good. I refuse to give up my coffee. =)

I use Skullcandy Titans. But... I still have to push them deeper into my ears while working out sometimes.

I go with a Chicken Fajita Burrito with lotsa mild salsa, some guacamole and lettuce. I ask them to just give me half as much rice as they would. 745 calories. Sometimes my wife and I will split one. That's really all you need. Eat half. You'll be fine. Take a break. You won't feel like you need to eat the whole thing.
