Your body can't tell what time it is, but what your body does know is the calorie intake, what you're actually eating and your activity level for that day. Thats what matters more than anything... this is what determines if you lose, gain or maintain and if you're looking for a late night snack try to remember the calories…

My body fat percentage is 19.4

I work out 6 times a week. and have little fat on my body. Its just when i look at myself in the mirror i see the person i used to be and not accept who i am now. its hard to see the new me.

my main issue is that I am obsessed with weight. I am 5'10 and weigh 156. Those last 6 pounds are driving me nuts! So i'm trying to focus more on body fat percentage.... and im currently at 20%

Normally what people do is once a week same time and day. I always weigh myself like that, especially after you use the bathroom as well... bc that will play a factor. And i weigh myself naked as well hahaa!
