Hi I am from Lethbridge Alberta. I am 36 and am 192 lbs. My goal for this challenge is to get to 180. 10lbs is a good goal for me and I need the support to help keep me on track. I haven’t done a challenge like this in the last five years but I used to love them! Nice to meet all of you!!

Weighed in at 192 something yesterday. I also feel this number is inflated. I am retaining fluids badly but whatevs! Food choices were good yesterday and I logged almost 14000 steps. Today should be the same and my food choices are ok set up and prepped! It’s gonna be a good week and I am going to see some gains!

Me too please!!

nafroese (Naomi) initial starting weight is 190. My overall goal is 160 ( I know this will take longer than 6 weeks but I thought this was a good place to start!)

Today was better at the end but the middle sucked waited to long in between breakfast and lunch and my yummy mostly healthy lunch was not satisfying and ended up eating not good stuff. Cleaned up my evening meal though! Was yummy and satisfying! Garden beans and potatoes are always a good thing!

I have struggled with hip pain in the past and other things like shin splints. For years I did nothing, blaming it on the pain. I started doing bootcamp and strength training and it has made all the difference in the world! Google search questions on the exact location of the pain. is it in your hip flexor? if so you can…

I love it! I have seen many results with it. you may not see the weight loss results you are looking for with it unless you are being very careful about what you are eating at the same time however, I have lost many inches due to bootcamp. Plus if you get into a regular bootcamp class there tends to be a sense of community…

I am 30. I have lost 40-45 lbs and need to lose another 35...struggling to get motivated since about november. For the most part holding steady but yeah! Anyone interested in setting up challenges for ourselves to help us reach our goals? I am willing to send out messages or whatever...Maybe start a group?!

Hey Elly, I have a an FT7, it tracks my training sessions i believe it can transmit information and I know it transmits my heart rate to my elliptical or whatever machine I am using. If i am not sure of what my burn is from the day before I can go back and check my data. it also tells me how much time I spent in the fat…
-
Check out Ebay that is where I got mine!
-
My Polar FT7 is supposed to be water proof up to a certain depth but I don't remember what it is, if you are looking for a good one try looking up Polar Heart Rate Monitors! I have had mine about 5 months and would never go back!
-
I have had a Polar FT7 for about 5 months and i would never go back. This HRM tracks the type of burns I do, and stores data for more than a month so I can look back and see what kind of work out I did when or whatever. Also I found this really important when I was a little heavier because MFP calorie burns are actually…
