I thought about that.. been it's like I'm holding on to the weight I lost.. forgetting that I gained it all back. This morning I started off good eating breakfast and loging it in. Getting through the rest of the day is what bothers me.

Hi I'm maya.. I'm a new mommy too. Aiden's 5 months.. he just turned on the 16th. I'm with you! I was 162 before getting pregnant now i'm 209, which sucks. I'm new to the site.. but it's been really helpful!! You can do it!!!

you're lifting one leg while the other is bent while laying on your side. You have to keep your foot pointed straight while lifting your leg.

I just did it again. And made sure to postition myself right and now it's says my 210.. which mean I'm 2 lbs less from 2 days ago

Yes it is...I did my exercise, drank my water, and ate the calories I was supposed too.

It was last night at I took off my all my clothes.. today with clothes it was 2lbs less :/
