Cheat meal and water

I decided to have a 1 cheat meal today which was pizza I feel bad now because I know I haven't been doing while the last 2 weeks. After I eat something with lots of sodium I usually drink a lot of water behind it. Also my weight hasn't went anywhere since the week before last.. I'm worried that I won't be able to loose anymore weight. What exactly does drinking a lot water do?

    Drinking water flushes out your system. Keeps the kidneys functioning properly and helps with water retention because it is flushing your system.

    Drink lots of water!! I ate so much sodium on Friday night and because I had six glasses of water with it, I actually ended up losing weight!

    I've noticed this also... when I drink lots a water I lose too.

    Drinking water also boosts your metabolism. It's important to drink a glass of water in the morning to help kick-start your day.
