Hey I guess the best way is to cut down on white carbs and start eating whole grain. Add more vegetable and fruit in your diet. Eat lean meats like fish and chicken, and some beef but cut the fat and not too much pork. Try drinking more water throughout the day and eat more often (every 2-3 hours) but in small amounts.

Tikitanna: I am so proud of you for losing all that weight! It inspires me to do the same, but at the same time kind of scares me that it will pile back on :(. So far Atkins or at least a similar diet seems the most suited for me because well.. I can eat lol. Low-carb is a little hard because my dad loves to cook…
