So I went on that website and got my TDEE to be 2504 -- that seems so high !! So what you are saying my total calorie intake after exercise and everything should be 2004? That is confusing, because MFP had me at 1530 calorie intake and I followed it for 2 weeks and have not lost a pound :devil:

I am a pizza lover too !!! I make my own - 98% fat free whole wheat tortilla, 1 tbsp pizza sauce, low fat cheese -- & you can add vegetables or anything else. It is like a really think crust pizza, and calories are not too bad, and sometimes I am able to eat 2 of them if I work out that day !!

I have the same problem......I have lost 13, at a very slow pace !!! I can go 6 weeks w/o losing anything, I do not gain, but nothing lost and it is so frustrating !! I got the FT4 for xmas -- and I LOVE IT !! I am mad at myself that I did not get one sooner -- It motivates me to see the calories burning away, and so glad now that I know the right amount of calories being burned, because you will see, it is not the same as the machines in the gym !! Definetly get a HRM -- I was just like you, depending on the machine to give me my heart rate and calorie burn, I got a heart rate monitor for xmas and I LOVE IT !!! Let me tell you, the machines are not accurate !!! Definetly invest in a HRM -- well worth it, and you get a accurate calorie count/heart rate !!

I got the Polar FT4 for xmas and I love it -- comparing it to the machines at the gym, more accurate reading, I highly suggest to get one. The machines at the gym are about 45 calories more then the FT4 -- so I feel more comfortable that I am getting a more accurate reading !! :flowerforyou: Good luck on your journey !!
