My sister and I did the Lemonade cleanse a few months ago. Cleanses like this are not for losing weight. Yes, we lost 8-10 pounds each but we both gained it back in the next two weeks. I used it as a kick start to my new diet and weight loss journey because I knew from the beginning I would most likely gain everything back.

I'm sort of new to the site, why does everyone keep saying bump? Without a doubt I'm going to try this. I never learned to cook growing up so I'm trying to learn now....I also discovered I love cooking for my boyfriend :) Italian is my favorite!

When I was at 180lbs, I was in a 16. Now I am at 160 and in a 14. Doesn't really make sense but I'm heaviest in my butt, my waist has gotten small.

I find that I can't let myself "cheat" because then I realize how easy it is. I try to just stay away all together or exercise extra hard to burn it off.

It's like you all work in MY office! Haha. Thanks for the support! I ended up talking to a co-worker about how hungry I was and could smell food around the office and found out SHE was on MFP too! We then went out to subway and I ended up under my calorie goal for the day. Love it.

Whenever I think "I'll just have this one cookie", I remind myself I will have to go run a mile just to work it off. I compare food to workout times or certain exercises.

I'm comparing them on their site and I'm starting to realize the "transmitter", which comes in the box, is the chest strap. Seems that all of them come with it. Thanks girls! Do you notice the strap when you're working out? And where do you put it? Under your sports bra?

Do the Polar HRM's have chest straps? Or are they able to tell you calories burned with just the watch?
