A place in my province sells the most amazing candy apples and they are around 215 cals per apple. If it has a little more then a normal store bought sized apple i would just say around 200-215

As long as i dont have to see a pair of boobies almost falling out of a tiny tank top or some hairy guys balls hanging out from the bottom, then its ok. I usually wear shorts and a tshirt.

They dont 100% go away but as you lose weight they kind of shrink back and fade. mine are very faint now only 10 months later. Bio oil helped me

Welcome to MFP! 3500 calories burnt through exercise is another 1 lb burned! I find ( for me ) that if i stick to 1200 cals a day and do 5 workouts a week of 60 mins ( I divide it up over the day ) I burn 2-3 lbs a week. Good luck on your journey!

I am 5'3 and 144 lbs. My goal weight is 130 by november. I have too much hips to ever get down to 102! but i like my body so therefore i am content being in a healthy weight range :)

sure do! scrubbing the tub and bathroom floors burns 266 cals an hr! and believe me, my tub takes and hr after a week of husbands job

Good idea! For the run i would make it laps finished over time. If you can do say 10 laps but slower then your hubs and he can only do 8 but faster you still completed more distance!

I do quite a bit of cardio already but i know there is always room for more! Do you know of any good cardio workout dvds? Or xbox360 games? Im getting bored of my normal workout routine

Drink a glass of ice cold water, or take a quick walk and have a chat with someone along the way. I find when I am bored and want a snack i just get up and do something, and it generally takes my mind off of it! :)

im not sure if its correct but i measure my waist where my pants sit! hope it helps, or you could always google it!! :smile:
