LOL!!! Just read through the manual... A lot of it sounds like the diet fitness models use to lean out. such as carb cycling. Nothing to restrictive. Just has you stay away from processed foods, and eating 5-6 small meals a day. Which is a good thing. I have a pretty sound workout routine. I have hit a wall with my weight.…

It`s a good thing. Some people go days without a bowel movement. If I don`t go at least three times a day. I feel like something is wrong. Eating veggies is also a good way to stay regular

Sounds great guys. I have been doing it for about 5 months, with great results. One big thing I have noticed, is my ability to out run my friends. LOL! Much of the cardio is sprint training.

I see that you walk a mle before your workout. Try walking half a mile to warm up, then do your workout. Now here is the key. after your workout do a mile of running as fast as you can for a minute followed by 2-3 minutes of slow walking. repeat for the whole mile. I have a HRM. Its the best piece of equipment I have bought. My workouts burn on average of 700 calories. I look thin, yet I find it hard to lose the paunch I like to call my mid section. Now I just want to get lean.

I find that in order to get the calories I need, I must eat after 7pm... any insight on this?
