I have bands I keep next to my desk so I can use them at lunch time. I also have bicycle pedals that fit under my desk for some impromptu cardio. Also, I have a balance ball I occasionally swap out for my desk chair. :)

I can totally relate!! I lost 25# last year and have gained almost every pound back. Drinking and Depression are my downfall. BUT, 2014 is a new beginning for me! Since I've rededicated myself I've lost another 5 pounds (mostly water) and see some of my muscle definition back! Add me and we can keep each other accountable!

AWESOME POST!! Thank you so much. I figured out I have been eating 200 calories less than I should every day. Thank you to everyone who responded. I think I will continue to try my elliptical since I love it so much. Other than that, I must be diligent about my diet - the one part I really have the hardest time with. *sigh*

This is my second go round with this. The first time I lost over 25 pounds. A year and SEVERAL life changing situations later I'm 3 pounds away from my original weight. If you are brave enough to stand in front of a camera and have your picture taken in your underwear and POST IT ON THE INTERNET..then GO FOR IT! Besides, from most of the posts I've seen, the underwear pics cover more than the bikini pics do. They are proud of the work they've done and rightfully so. Carry on.
