LOVE IT! Just bought it a couple days ago. My daughter and I did it together and tonight a girlfriend came over and did it too and now she is going to buy it. We had a blast and it burns and we were sweating! I live out in the middle of corn fields so my gym has to be at home so this is fantastic!

They are currently doing research on the benefits of Capsacin and Diabetes....showing that in rats Capsacin has shown to heal the pancreas in Rats....Do not know when human trials will begin but I take a Capsacin supplement every day. It makes your nose and sinuses clear and I find that it keeps me feeling great!

As a nurse I can tell you that drinking water is very important. Why do we give people IV fluids when they are sick? Why is it important to stay hydrated when you work out or when it is hot outside? You don't even need to hear this from anybody or read about it....Just listen to your own body.

The first week on here was so hard for me to continue to eat. Now that I have broken it up into 6 meals a day it works. I am full when I need to be full and I am eating when hungry and with exercise! It is fab, it works and your body will thank you for it!

I have had the same question! What I have been told and seems to be working for me is that I eat if I am hungry....healthy food....and I exercise. That is the best thing for you. Add whey protein. I have an elliptical and love it. I also have a trainer that I connect my road bike too and I burn a ton of calories on that as well. If you have a bike that you ride outside then look into a trainer as it is cost effective and is a great workout too! Need a spedometer to measure speed and distance though!

Made homemade crab cakes...three of them only 157 calories! Had a Fab lunch, workout, and cleaning the house and hanging out with the kids....Loving every moment!

I was on this med for my diabetes type 2 for 3 years...it took about a month to get past the side effects, but it helps you lose weight too.....hang in there and carry lots of sugar-free mint gum with you!
