Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's see if we can do 200.
The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 200 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I'm in for as many as my shoulder will allow. Lol. Going to try to start them early and do small sets throughout the day.0

Is that 200 in one "sitting" or throughout the day ? Can I break it down into sets (do a couple of sits at the start of gym session, another couple of sets at the end of the session, then do some tonight before bed etc etc ??)
Dont think I can manage 200 altogether..... :-p0 -

I'm in and half way done. An aside, today at breakfast my husband said I can see your triceps. You aren't supposed to have a visible tricep. You are a girl. I laughed and told him it would get bigger as today was dip day.0

well ive only just joined the message boards here, and its after ten pm, so i started a bit late, but i managed fifty. i have a bad arm, i think ive torn something in my muscle or something, and can only do so much with my left arm. certain angles and heights etc are agony, and i just physically cant do it. i have been to the doctors, and am now waiting for an appointment for physio therapy, but i did my best.0

ok i dont have the right equipment to do this at home, my chairs slide across the tile floor (no carpet whatsoever) so i decided to do tricep work with ten pound weights.. i'm sure it has a name. however i only did 30... sigh.. completely failed this one.. but one day... it shall happen0
