Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Push-ups

Let's see if we can do 300.

For those of you that have been talking about weak "whatever" lay on your back and bench press something.
Doing this will at least get you the same movement the rest of us are getting and you won't have to skip a challenge. wink

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
Do them the hardest way you can and try to get all 300.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    I'm in. I will do as many as I can, however, I'm going to modify it and bend at the knees.

    COunt me in, I have 20 already! I actually learned I need to break mine up, Do some against the wall, and some on the floor, my cats like getting under me, and messing up the form, by doing both ways it works out great!

    I'm in. But I am just now trying to incorporate strength training so I will try my best to do 300.
    I also have a pretty weak pushup (always have) even in high school when I was super fit. :) But here is to becoming super fit again :drinker: and improving my upper body strength!

    Already hit 50! YAY:) I'm doing them w/ my excersise ball, and breaking them up.

    Unfortunately I did not make the goal. Today was a bit busier than I thought. But I was able to squeeze 100 in at lunch. That's 100 more than I would normally do, so it's still a personal achievement!

    ok, so I didn't hit 300, but I got in 70 and for me that's a small miracle (since my upper body strength has yet to be found)...... So, 70 today, 100 tomorrow:)

    new here, would love to get involved in some weekly mini challenges. I will do a combo of pushups and benchpresses to get in all 300! Will let you all know how I did after I get home to do them, hopefully the kid is sleeping so I can get right to iit, lol. So Excited!

    I got in 230 of which 25 were girly and the others where wall pushups

    I got in 80 :( I wasn't planning on cleaning the camper yesterday, I wanted to get down and dirty working out. Instead my work out was scrubbing the camper. However; 80 is better then none, they were also against the wall, this way the cats don't get under me, and then I have a bad form.
