i love my hrm , helps alot if ur doing any HIIT, it encourages to push whn i want to quit but i know i can burn another 100 cals

i just burned 551 cals in 50 min doin housework , i wear a hrm, i usually burn at least 300 doin house work, i eat every 3 to 4 hours and my metabolism has increased sooo much, it works for me....i have three kids so im squating and picking up things alot!
