I love having a thick and creamy yoghurt on the train.. so easy, just grab it out of the fridge, grab a spoon.. DONE! :)

I have managed to make it a habit to switch my snacking to cups of tea after dinner - 28 calories for two and they keep your hands busy and your tummy satisfied.

To feel comfy in my body again.. I can remember when I lost a bunch of weight a few years ago (25ish kilos) and caught my reflection in a room full of mirrors.. I was wearing a tight singlet top and leggings and I was surprised that I was looking back at a girl who looked really fit and healthy. Can't wait to be that girl…

I have now replaced my late night eating with a new habit of having a hot cup of tea or if im feeling really munchy, a milo :)
