  • Weekly goals:* run 3x * get 70,000 steps in for the week * write out a new budget once and for all!
  • Today's Goals:* Get all ingredients for my meal plan for the week * Take 10,000 steps
  • End of week for me: I was able to hit 10k steps 5/7 days I got my 5 fruits and veggies in 7/7 days, yay!!
