I don't have an extra, but you should be aware that you have to have the wii before you can use the wii fit. They're used in conjunction. Good luck!

The boxing one is in the Wii Fit Plus. It's great fun and helps you with your coordination also. There are many more things to do, but its my favorite so far.

I don't know about which program, I just started on it. But I can tell you that the rhythm boxing sure does burn the calories! I love the Wii!! It's Aweeesomeeeee!

I wouldn't dare recommend any exercise for you with those problems, I would talk to your doctor. I've read somewhere, though, that Bruce Lee started every day by doing exercises in the bed (before ever getting up!). Also, there are many exercises you can do while sitting in a chair. I have to say, I've ridden both kinds of bikes and it took a lot more effort to ride the 3 wheel variety. It's heavier and less maneuverable. I have no statistical data to back up my opinion. If you're their friend, you should be able to find it on "my home" under listings. If its not there, try clicking on their profile and it should be there by their picture. If these things don't work, they have their settings set so that others can't see it.
