I use and love Mio you can get the Mio energy at the Dollar stores now also, I also love the SoBe water and Zero vitamin waters not too big on water alone but do drink it once in awhile

5'5" 169.6 I went from a size 14 to a size 7 junior and got pregnant now, I'm wearing a size 11 junior again after having my first baby 2 months ago. :blushing: Determined to get into my 7's again this year.

I've been feeling GREAT and little heartburn once in awhile that's about it. Hope the labor and delivery goes as easy as the pregnancy is going.

I've heard getting on your hands and knees for awhile or even crawling around helps. Don't know if it's a wives tale or if it really helps but I know someone who said it helped her.

Appointment went good today, tummy is 36 cm. Dr. said it's a good size baby. Go back the 18th.

Had an appointment yesterday, Tummy measuring 36 and weight was 189.4. Doctor says everything looks good and baby is a good size, going every 2 weeks now.

October ALREADY!!!!! Last appointment went good BP was good baby's Heart rate was 166.

28 weeks today where has this year went.

LOVE IT!!! We eat them every chance we get!!! They are not bad for you. I think eat whatever you want just watch that you don't go over in calories, and so fats in food are not all bad for you, I was told that by another fitness pal I tend to go over in fats sometimes.

Doctor said everything was looking good. Have epidural class next month I don't know if I will use the epidural yet or not but she said to go just in case. I'm up to 172.8 now I've gain 22 pounds already.

Welcome all newbies!!! To all the mamas what are your thoughts on diapers??? I was thinking about using cloth diapers instead of disposables my mom had to use cloth on me. I seen some in Wal-mart when I was buying a baby present for one of my friends.

Got my Baby bed this morning!!!! It's setting in the living room right now still boxed up got a lot of work to do before we can do the room but I got the bed at a good price and everything to go with it to adulthood so baby has it made.:bigsmile:
