Hiya all
In 2009 I was 15 stone, last Autumn I decided enough was enough, and started dieting and gave My Fitness pal a go. Before my fitness pal i lost a stone due to stress of a brea up and then decided to carry on the weight loss. End of this year nearly and lost 3 stone.
