Started crossfit about a month ago, so most of my lifts have been PRs and I hadn't tried them before. The last week or so I PRd my back squat (175) and my deadlift (205). I also got my first toe to bar after being stuck doing "as far up as I can get my feet to bar". I am LOVING crossfit!

I think you are doing great! Like the posters above said, make sure you are getting in your post-workout "meals". If they are the proper combo of food (like some sweet potato, protein and fat) you should be replenishing your body's fuel tank pretty well :) As far as fruit goes, I am eating 2-3 servings of fruit a day, but…

today's session: 5x5 115lb squat 5x5 115lb deadlift 2x5 65lb bench press, deloaded and finished 3x5 60lb bench press.

I'm on my tenth session...here are my stats from last night: 5x5 110 squat 2x5 120 deadlift 2x5 45 overhead press. Failed on third set and did 20 lb dumbells instead. 5x5 60 lb bench press. Feeeeeling it today and oh so happy!

I buy Fage 0% and a bag of organic frozen berries each week. I throw a little under a cup of yogurt into a tupperware, 1/2 cup of my frozen berries, and by the time I'm at work, I mix them all together and it's delish! Sometimes I add half a banana into the mix if I need it sweeter.

That's what I'm eating everyday, (I'm 5'3 and 166 right now), and sometimes more, and I am seeing steady losses. I suggest you slowly up it to your TDEE minus cut, and maybe even take a break at TDEE around the holidays. That's my plan, just so my body doesn't get used to what I am doing.

Love this! Yup, this happened to me this month and I was racking my brain trying to remember if I was late any day taking my pill...I took 2 tests, a week apart, to be sure. :) I would be too lucky if this was a long term thing. I want more kids, but until then, I would be fine avoiding that monthly hassle!

I drink mine black, and once in a while will splurge on a latte or mocha, but that is a rare occurrence. Because of that I enjoy a cup of coffee each morning... I haven't found that it hinders my weight loss or has any negative effects...
