  • I'm sorry, but she does not need to be shredded for it. If you don't agree with it, move on. People are not going out in masses and buying up all the diet coke because of it. And nobody has saved a life here by getting on their high horses and pointing out how dumb it is. Seriously.
  • She's not telling you to do it! You are a big girl, make your own decisions. She's telling people what works for her. This place is supposed to be for helping each other, not tearing people to shreds. Some of you really should be ashamed.
  • People are so judgmental!! She didn't say she was living off of diet coke. She said sometimes she has one at night if she's feeling hungry. Good grief! If you like the tip, good if you don't...then good. Don't do it.
  • That's good, because she wasn't asking permission. Maybe re-read the original post?
  • I am attempting to get myself back on track right now. I lost 66 pounds between Aug 11 and March 12. Managed to only gain back 10 since then. But I know if I keep on this track, it will all be back before I know it. Starting today, I am making myself at least get back out and walk a few times a week again. I know when I do…
  • The only one I have tried so far was the margarita, and I thought it was really strong! It was good, but to me tasted almost like straight tequila. I want to try the flavored vodkas sometime soon.
  • Linguini alla marinara is 430 calories, and very good! Bread sticks are 150 calories, I believe. I would just skip the salad. :)
  • In my 225+ days on here, there is only one day I haven't logged it all. That was yesterday, my birthday. And only because I ate so much random crap (out all day) that I didn't feel like looking it all up and trying to find things to compare it to etc. Otherwise, I log it all...the good, bad and ugly! (there's been lots of…
  • GNC Total lean ready to drink shakes are really good. I drink 2 a day, chocolate flavor. They have 25 grams of protein and only 2 grams of sugar. I love them!

  • >>>>>To the poster above, they all have free GPS (BB, Android, and iPhone).<<<<< I have the Droid Razr right now and love it. I had a droid previous to this one as well. Before I got the Razr I was considering the iphone, but they told me that the navigation on the iphone was not free like it is on the droid. (that wasn't…
  • I'm in again :)
  • I use the GNC ready to drink Lean Shake. I have one for breakfast and lunch and i'm not usually hungry in between. I just eat a normal dinner. This one has 25g of protein and only 2g of sugar plus a long list of vitamins. I'm just happy that they taste so awesome and are filling. I have lost 50 pounds since August doing…

  • Clearly I do not know how to work these message boards! I replied to the origional post twice and just realized that it wasn't showing up, and then found the link at the end of that post to come here. I'm still confused. If it's not to late, I still would like in. :) SW - 167 lbs (Monday January 2nd) Week 1 - xxx lbs…
  • Lots and lots of jagermeister and a few shooters....needless to say I went over my calories lol
  • I have the GNC lean shakes for breakfast and lunch almost everyday. If for some reason I have a big lunch instead, then i'll drink one for dinner that night to keep myself on track for the day. I buy the ready to drink shakes in chocolate. The other flavors are good as well, I just prefer the chocolate. They have 25 grams…
  • I would like in too please! :)
  • I happen to like the swiss chocolate lean shakes (ready to drink) from GNC. They are 6.99 for 4. I don't think that's too over the top for price. They have 25 grams of protein, and I believe 2 grams of sugar. I actually use them as a meal replacement though. Just my two cents :)
  • I weigh on Monday for the same exact reason! It helps me to make sure I don't over-do through the weekend. I do have a peek once or twice during the week, but only track Monday...good or bad! :)
  • I drink them as a meal replacement. I have one for breakfast every day, because I wouldn't otherwise eat. And most days one for lunch as well. It just works for me. I would say only use them if you skip meals for some reason. I use the GNC lean shakes, and they are meant for meal replacement , not to bulk you up.
  • I use GNC Lean shake, ready to drink bottles.(the regular ones, not the lean shake 25) I have the chocolate twice a day (as a meal replacement). They are so good! They make it much easier for me to stick with it. They have: 170 calories, 6 grams fat, 25 grams protein, 6 grams carbs, 3 fiber, and only 2 sugar.
  • I drink the chocolate ones every day for breakfast and lunch. I have to say tho, that the regular lean shakes also have 25 grams of protein in them. So I'm not real sure what the difference is between them and the lean shake-25 (besides possibly the price). I love them, they are all good, but the swiss chocolate is my…
