Not bad, I would of liked to of lost 5lbs but it doesn't matter i've lost 21.2lbs so far (since Jan 2011) So I guess the weight loss is going to slow down. I've started Jamie Eason's 12 week transformation challenge. Where you eat maintenance calories and only weight lift for the first month. So It will be interesting to see the rest of next months results.0 -
