I started maintenance at a lower goal than I´d set at first. I did it gradually. My goal while losing was set to lose 1 pound a week. I uppped my cals to lose 1/2 a pound a week. I don´t have chest pain when I run over 5 min. I don´t have the shame I used to have when I binge. I report it, get support and it´s OK I don´t have fat rolls under my bra :-) I don´t have to wear shorts under my dresses anymore. My thighs still rub, but it does not hurt anymore...
