I did not eat my calories back the first week, however, a lot of people keep suggesting that I do. I think I'll start eating my calories back and see how it goes. Let me know how it goes with you!

Phase 1, Week 1, Workout 2...Done! After yesterday's workout, I was a bit disappointed because it left me wanting more. Not to say it was super easy, but I didn't even break a sweat like I usually do with Jillian. I wasn't even sore this morning!
