this is my newest go to: melba toast rounds with spreadable cheese triangles (like weight watchers) and slice of fresh cucumber (from my garden) and a sprinkle of dill on top. It makes my mouth very happy:)0

I do 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese spread on kavli whole grain crisp (3 is one 50 calorie serving) with some thin slices of raddish and cucumber on top. You can sub any veggie you like.
I love rice cakes-- chocolate ones with a few mini marshmallows in the microwave or some fat free cool whip are awesome for a sweet tooth craving, while white cheddar with some Monte Bene pasta sauce makes a yummy mini "pizza" when you're craving salty and savory. If you have wiggle room, you can top the pizza with black olives, light cheese (I like Weight Watcher's smoke flavor string cheese) and green peppers.
Another go-to of mine is veggies and hummus OR veggies and salsa. Fiber one brownies are great, too. I sprinkle 1/2 cup of kashi go lean, crisp rice cereal, or Fiber one honey squares cereal into a container of Yoplait fat free yogurt, too.
When I am thinking of snacks I try to get in a good amount of fiber and protein.

Jeffdoc started a list with 88 snack ideas all under 100 calories. And with his kind permission, I've created a blog entry that has the original 88 snack ideas with the additional ones people have suggested. There are over 115 now. Not all of them are healthy, but there's a huge range of choices.
They are at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Robin_Bin/view/snacks-of-100-calories-or-less-267198
Hope it helps! (Please give it a positive vote, if it's useful to you and feel free to add any suggestions.)0 -

My favorite is homemade cashew butter (very easy to make) with apples or baby carrots. Just throw unsalted roasted cashews in a blender. Add salt as needed. Yummy!0

I am a sweet eater. So, I like graham crackers as a snack. They are low fat and filling0

Frozen grapes are a perfect snack for summer. What I do is use fresh seedless red (or green) grapes and make individual serving bags (1 cup) which are frozen for a quick snack. It's low-cal, tastes great and is very satisfying.0

I keep a bag of hard boiled eggs in the fridge to grab if I am really busy and also a box of cut up fruit (sometimes I add 0% greek yoghurt and sliced almonds to it).
Another favourite of mine is some brazil nuts - a portion is approx 9 of them.
Or 2 oatcakes with peanut butter and a banana sliced on top.0 -
Fruit is the fastest and is very healthy with lots of water and fiber. I hear apples are truly best because of the pectin in the skin.0

These are the snacks I have while at work:
Baby Carrots
Apples
Fruit Snacks (one pack is usually 90 calories)
Quaker Stila Bars (90 calories and oatmeally-so it fills you up)
Special K Cracker Chips
Peanuts
Pretzels
FiberOne bars
FiberOne brownies
Everyday I usually have 1 snack bar, 1 fruit snack, and a fruit/vegetable. Just depends on what I buy.0 -
These are all such great ideas it makes me want to re-do my eating plan so I can just "graze" all day on these wonderful snacks! :happy:0
