none. i aim for 1g of protein per pound of bw and .45 grams of fat per pound of bw. i use the rest of my cals for carbs and additional protein and fat.

theres no need to take in protein after a workout. the anabolic window is a myth. just reach your protein, fat, and calorie macros for the day and youl be fine. but if you really want something post workout then have a meal.

ok well a 1000 calorie deficit is large enough. i wouldnt eat under that unless you have a very high bf%. dropping weight too quickly along with MFPs protein requirement will put you on the fast track to skinnyfat. so either switch to more calorie dense food or force yourself to eat. why are you avoiding rice and pasta?
