So if you look under bacon grilled there are about a million entries in there.

Does anyone know which one is correct?

I buy the stuff from the deli and trim off the rind/fat and grill it.

There are so many entries in there that say 1 rasher which IMO is pretty damn pointless as how am I supposed to know how much that weighs?

This site says 2 slices for 89cals .7/4/11.6 C/F/P (once again no weight)

25g being 72cals with .5(assumed)/5.4/5.35 (calculated) C/F/P

1oz being 52cals with .4/2.4/6.9

May as well just stick to chicken/fish/steak as I can actually find accurate values for them
