Why do people always have something to say??

What ever happened to, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all?"

She's doing what works for her to get herself back on track. BACK THE EFFFFFF OFF PEOPLE!

lol right? it is 4 days, and really, the calories EQUAL 1200!! morons.

I say if it works go for it i have done some diets where all you eat is citrus fruit and sassy water. Your diet at least has variety.. Have fun on your vacation........

I like "detoxes" like this that are essentially just strict eating plans for a few days. I cannot eat dairy though because it makes me so bloated. Thanks for sharing though and I may just make that water to drink. Sounds yummy hehe.

Because it is the internet and people don't think there are consequences. If you wouldnt say something to a person's face, why say it online?

why are you doing this diet? Why dont you eat normal food and just make sure you are in a caloric deficit?

The food in the detox is normal food the last time I chekced? And my reasonings are above.
"Sassy water is Water, Sliced Lemon, peeled & sliced sucumbers, ginger, and fresh mint leaves. I alwasy make it each night before and let it stew"

sounds gross but if you like eating that

i skimmed your post and saw the cayenne and lemon thing and thought you were talking about the diet where thats all you drink for the day

You do not eat it, you drink the water. If you are strange, you can choose to eat the contents of the water...
    lol, you goofy

So basically you are eating very low calories for four days?
Sounds like hard work and pretty unneccessary to me, but if it makes you feel good, go for it!

Actually, it is 1200 calories maybe take a 100. it is for 4 days. And if it makes me feel better AFTER a week in vegas, than yes, I will feel good about it.

That's exactly my point - if it works for you, do it!!
    Enjoy your holiday.

    Question about your detox:

You have plaiin turkey on their? Is that lunchmeat turkey or turkey breast? And I don't like tomatoes, anything I can have in replace of those for lunch? And for dinner can you have steamed broccoli instead of the other veggies? And with the water, do you just put everything in the water and just let it sit overnight?

You can def replace the green beans with steamed broccoli. anything green. I did lunch meat turkey from the deli, not packaged. I believe it was WAY less sodium. Maybe do carrottts vs tomatoes, or fresh green beans.

Water - yes put everything in and let it sit over night. I never drain it either i just pour water from the pitcher and let the stuff sit in there. the water is very refreshing.

    Hi,

I have been on a detox for the past 7 days, it is only supposed to last 7 days but i have just extended it for a few days as my boyfriends birthday night out is on Friday.

Anyway, in 7 days i have lost 4lbs! It may not seem a lot but i did it the healthy way and by doing at least an hours exercise every day. I feel sooo much better in my own skin, i am no longer bloated and my skin has improved loads.

All i did was follow the below sites rules, no meat, dairy, sugary crap, sauces etc, check it out if your interested

    http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/diet/detox/plan.htm

My diary is open to fiends if you want to see what i ate on a daily basis. Good luck with your detox! just think, its only for a few days out of the many years in front of you!

I'm very interested in trying this out!!

Question though.... is there a more generic way to do this detox plan? like xx amount from food group x for breakfast, xx amount from food group x for lunch, etc??? I'm a very picky eater (which is why I have a hard time eating healthy) and would like to be able to pick different foods for some of those selections...

    Thanks!! :-)
