Also remember the things you have done right. I passed up Burger King, Pizza Hut. So I bought a bag of M&M's--I will make sure I have apples and almonds on hand tomorrow. As previously stated, note what you did and how you will not do it or do it differently tomorrow. Every day is a fresh start! Good Luck!

He also provides enough variations to keep from becoming boring. I have taken to journalling each session to prepare workouts on my own. He also gives feedback on…

Definitely portion control, sampling a little of everything; a pre-meal workout--thank you trainer for offering! I'll save the "second helping" for another meal!

I have the same problem with getting light-headed if I only eat cereal. Must eat some protein and maybe a piece of fruit to get some quick and long-lasting energy. (So my trainer told me :) ). So far this has helped.

I've had asthma since childhood--runs in the family. Symbacort didn't work for me. I was on Advair and developed heart-palpitations--took awhile to figure what the heck was happening to me! Now I'm on Accolate and a steroid inhaler--but very low dose--along with antihistamine, fish oil and glucosamine. I seem to be…

Wow! Thanks guys! The walk started around 9:11am and there were about 250-300 people to start. We finished around 6 pm. There were several planned short water breaks about every 5 miles or so. This was something I definitely will try again--only with better fitting shoes!!! I don't think any of my friends really thought…

Like you, I'm trying to cut out carbs. I know what not to eat, but what to eat instead? I can't have eggs for breakfast every morning! UGH! :grumble:
