Hey! I'm in a similar situation. I gained about 20lbs on Prozac, and have been steadily gaining since then (over the last 3 years or so). I'm also about 20lbs overweight now. If you need to vent or want to talk or anything, let me know.

@amandabullock120 I'm okay. Saw my doctor yesterday and got some antibiotics. I've had a UTI for about a week now. I'll be glad when I can get back to exercise, but I'll definitely need to start over. I feel ridiculously weak from being sick.

I've been sick most of the week, so I'm trying to decide how to proceed. I may just start over, as I definitely would need to do another week of the first two workouts to get back into it. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to my workouts soon.

@dani_doing_it @sallymason88 Just make sure you let your body heal. Being ill is very hard work for it, and if you add too much extra stress, it can take longer to get better. Did my first Week 3 workout today :) I've never made it this far before! I usually quit about halfway through Week 2. I really think I can do it…

I'm probably going to do Bodyshred at some point, too. I've been using 5lb weights for Workout 1 and 8lb ones for Workout 2.

Finished the 1st day of Week 2. Only have to do Workout 1 once more. Are you guys noticing improvements yet? I'm down 3.4lbs and can now (slowly) do all unmodified push-ups the first time through. Started off struggling to do one regular pushup, so I feel ridiculously good :)

Just finished Week 1. I'm really glad my rest day is tomorrow because I'll be driving a total of 4 hours.

In the beginning, it's much lower impact. It also incorporates weights in addition to bodyweight training. I haven't done much Insanity, so that's about as in-depth as I can get comparing the two.

I would imagine so, but I've never made it past Week 2. I'm trying not to watch too far ahead so I don't get discouraged.

It's Jillian Michaels' 90-day program. Sort of a P90X-type thing, but in her style. It starts off at more of a beginner level, and you move on to harder workouts every 2 weeks.

That's my thinking, too. Doing whatever I want for Christmas, and I'll get back on track after. I am still doing my workouts, though.

Hey, I'm Megan. I'm 22 and have about 40-45lbs I'd like to lose. I gained weight on antidepressants, and now that I'm in a good place emotionally, I'm having trouble losing it.

I'm 5'4" and was at my happiest and most fit when I was 115lbs (I'm now ~151). Antidepressant weight gain is horrible. I'm just getting back on board with eating and exercise, and I could use some friends on MFP if anyone wants to add me.

I started on Monday, so today is Day 5 for me! I'm hoping I'll be able to stick with it this time so I can post some great before and after pictures :)
