Hi, My name is Donna, i'm 42 & live in the UK & would love to lose 20lbs by Nov 1st so here goes.

My goal is to lose 25lbs my Dec 25. Haven't done any form of exercise for at least 4wks except walking back & forth work which is only a ten minute walk so i need to start exercising again & stop eating all the wrong things, lol.
