Hmm... let's hope this is a hormonally bloated weigh-in, and that I can at least get back down to June's starting weight before the end of the month.0 -
I'm up a bit this week, which anyone who read my last blog entry knows, it was expected. Between that meltdown and my awesome anniversary dinner Wednesday night I'm quite okay with this week's results. Now ... it's a brand new week :happy:

HUGE NSV!!! I checked my BMI and I am no longer Obese - I'm OVERWEIGHT!!! Can't tell you all how very many years that has been since I saw this weight!
My 4th half marathon went amazingly well on June 2(the first one where I will weigh under 200 pounds) where I shaved 14 minutes off my PB (personal best). What a difference 30 pounds makes!
After so long without scale movement it is hard to believe!
I haven't weighed this low in over 15 years!
I just might make it this month!!!

Woo Hoo I hit my June Challenge goal weight a week early. This is the first challenge I've ever done so I don't know if its the reason but this is the best month for losing weight that I have had in a while so I am definitely happy!0 -
Well I haven't been keeping up with my weight weekly, or as close as I should be, but I did notice today I've lost another two pounds! That makes 10lbs so far for the month of June. I'm so excited!

6/11 140.0 Had a very tough week but it's my fault, I ate whatever I wanted and didn't stick to it at all. Can anyone give me advice on staying on target when you get to a low amount of weight because every time I get to a good weight which makes me happy i cheat really bad.
